Please complete the following online annual membership registration form. When you have completed this registration form, please submit it. You will be directed to a Pay By Check option and asked to print out and mail a payment slip along with your check.

Once payment has been received you will be notified by email and able to access the Members Only section of the CASPA Web Site. Membership dues for the 2010-2011 membership year are $175 (Retirees can join for $75.) Membership dues entitle members to attend the four seminars and annual conference at no additional charge and to access the "Members Only" section of the CASPA website.
