The Connecticut Association of School PersonnelAdministrators (CASPA) is a professional organization of Personnel/Human Resource Administrators, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, other administrators and support staff who have responsibility for the personnel/human resource functions in Connecticut school districts. CASPA provides its members with timely seminars at no additional cost on a variety of topics, such as legislative/legal updates, union negotiation trends and strategies, handling employee discipline and grievances, employee compensation and benefits and other topics of importance to school personnel and human resource staff. We also hold a most enjoyable annual conference at Water’s Edge each Spring.
CASPA is a local chapter of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA), an international organization of school personnel/human resources professionals and support staff that provides members with publications, professional development and networking opportunities and other benefits. AASPA holds an annual conference each year in major North American cities.
